Extra-Virgin Olive Oil SAINT LUCIA is produced in the land of Colletorto and Bonefro, mainly of Rosciola, black of Colletorto, (at least 80%), Larino and several other native olive cultivar.
Our olive oil shows a golden\greenish color, it has a fruity aroma and an equally fruity flavor with a slightly bitter and slightly spicy aftertaste that track the organoleptic virtues.
It has a very low acidity + \ - 0.2%, for this reason we recommend to eat it raw. Moreover, it is fantastic to flavor vegetable soups.
Olive oil is one of the most important ingredient of the Mediterranean diet. It's also perfect to be tasted on slices of hot bread as the Italian "bruschetta".
